PDF’s vs. Printed maps inserted into plexiglass wall holder?

PDF format: After your final approval, we send the maps to your email address (up to 50 rooms). Hotels with more than that, we send a thumb drive with all maps to your physical address. Having PDFs allows you to print duplicate maps as needed. For the best result, have the maps laser printed, for durability. Laser prints also boost color values, with less fading, compared to ink jet printing.

Plexiglass wall holders with printed maps: This way you have a complete package. Laser printed maps inserted into the plexiglass wall holders. All you have to do is mount them to the door, with the double-side tape. Maps should be mounted 48”-60“ from the floor.
How long does the process take?

Designing, Production, and printing take between 7 to 15 business days, if all goes well, for hotels with about 100 rooms. There are many stages of design. It is like a tennis match, back and forth, to get all the information correct and accurate. After we receive 25% deposit, we start the process. First we could use your floor plans of your property. If you have corporate branding we could use those specifications to incorporate into each map. Including type fonts, images, colors, and specific wording if you have it. We could add our generic copy, as a place holder, until you have finalized the copy, you wish to use.
What is the Final Process:

After we have received your Final approved “sign-off”, with all of the maps correct, every safety item in order, spelling checked, and design set to your satisfaction. We then require a final payment MC VISA…. Once we receive the credit card information, for final payment, we process the order. We then email you a receipt. If you order PDF files you will receive all maps via email, or a thumb drive for large hotels. If you have placed an order for plexiglass maps, those will be delivered to your property.
